Synopsis[]
During the start of the show, Enteng Kabisote was on the run from a girl, Chipipay who was forcing him to marry her through the threats of her muscled brothers. To escape from her, Enteng adopted a street-girl named Aiza and pretended that he already has a daughter from a previous marriage. The girl, not being bothered by this, still pursued Enteng. Unknown to him, Princess Chlorateam was watching him from the Queendom of Engkantasya and fell for him. To aid him in his escape, she magically teleported him to Engkantasya as he fell asleep. When he woke up, he immediately fell for her charms and wanted to marry her. The two of them then returned to Earth and got married, with Aiza as their witness.
Throughout the run of the show, Enteng maintained a normal life, as well as his sanity, trying to cope with all the magical changes that has been happening in his life since he married a fairy princess.

- [[Vic Sotto]] as Vicente "Enteng" Kabisote Jr. - He is repairman/mechanic, the protagonist of the series. His life changes when he married a Fairy, Princess Chlorateam. He serves as the moral center of the story, and the series focused on how he struggled to keep the forces of evil from conquering him and the people that matter to him.
- Alice Dixson, Tweetie de Leon, and Dawn Zulueta as Chlorateam "Faye" Kabisote - She is a Fairy Princess who was married to Enteng Kabisote. She is the sole heir of Inang Reyna Magenta for the throne of Engkantasya. After her marriage, Faye limited her use of her magic powers to cope with Enteng's normal life. Initially, it was very difficult for her to live her new life on Earth, but with the love and support of her husband, she adjusted well.
- Charito Solis as Ina Magenta - She is the mother of Faye who always intrudes in the life of the couple. Enteng sees her as the main antagonist of his life, always reminding him how low she thinks of him being a mortal, even calling him Tagalupa (earthling), and how much she wishes that her daughter had married someone else of fairy origin. Enteng counters her intimidation with his sarcastic remarks that even fuels her disapproval of her daughter's marriage to him. Despite this kind of relationship, Ina Magenta honors the fact that Enteng loves her daughter very much and all her insults are a mere part of her daily routine.
- Bayani Casimiro Sr. as Vicente "Edad" Kabisote Sr. - He is the father of Enteng.
Supporting cast[]
- Aiza Seguerra as Aiza Kabisote - She is a street kid, but one day, Enteng adopted her and became the first child of Enteng and Faye.
- Ruby Rodriguez as Amy - She is the nosy, yet trustworthy housekeeper of the Kabisotes, she was hired by Ina Magenta. Amy had seen a lot of weird happenings in the Kabisote's household, yet her memory is constantly erased by either Faye, Ina Magenta, or any of the fairies.
- Jinky Oda as Bale - She is a store-owner just adjacent to the Kabisotes' house. She is a friend to the Kabisote family. Bale and Amy share a lot of gossips and a lot of misadventures.
- Larry Silva as Pipoy - He is one of the brothers of Chipipay the girl who forcing Enteng to marry her. He later became a friend to Enteng he is bald and bellicose, and also became Enteng's assistant and commissioner in his repair shop.
- Bayani Casimiro Jr. as Prinsipe ng Kahilingan "Prinsipe K" - He is a tap-dancing fairy noted for his outrageous entrances whenever he is called and his large, elf-like ears.
- Debraliz Valasote as Yaya Engkantada "Yaya E" - She is a Fairy Nanny and the love interest of Prinsipe K.
- Oyo Boy Sotto and CJ Ramos as Benokadzar "Benok" Kabisote - He is the son of Enteng and Faye. Unfortunately the series was about to end when he was introduced so his character was not explored to the hilt.
- Luz Fernandez as Luka and Lucring: Luka - She is a Fairy that was exiled and banished by Ina Magenta, hundreds of years ago because of her wicked acts and became the Queen of Darkness as opposed to Ina Magenta. Her presence can be felt due to her stench. She have a daughter, Lucring (Who also been portrayed by same actress, Luz Fernandez). Lucring - She is the daughter of Luka, like her mother she was also evil.
- Tetchie Agbayani as Muñita - She is Luka's henchman who eventually usurped the throne as Queen of Darkness.
- Oscar Obligacion as Laviokh - He is an Encantado and a cousin of Ina Magenta.
- Maribeth Bichara as Betchay - She is a neighbour of the Kabisote Family.
- Spencer Reyes as Spencer - He is the son of Betchay, and a friend to Aiza.
- Richie D'Horsie as Richie - He is a neighbour and a friend to the Kabisote Family.
- Odette Khan as Satana (Guest Appearance) - She is a good Fairy who ran away from Engkantasya, and came back as the vile Satana. Like Luka and Muñita, she is also evil.

Trivia[]
- The theme song of the series is "Fireworks" by Alan Menken from Walt Disney's film adaptation of The Little Mermaid.
- Dawn Zulueta was the first choice to do the character of Faye during its First Season in IBC 13.
- There had been several actresses (and in one instance, an actor) who portrayed the character of Faye. When the show started, it was newcomer Alice Dixson who played Faye. She left the show 2 years after and was replaced by model turned actress Tweetie de Leon. She stayed with the show for 4 years until she got married. She also starred in its first 2 movie franchises, Okay Ka, Fairy Ko!: The Movie, and Okay Ka, Fairy Ko!: Part 2. During the transition, actor Roderick Paulate, known for his comedic gay roles, filled the spot in one episode only, as a guest. After Tweetie de Leon left the show and TAPE Inc. transferring to a different channel (GMA Network), Faye's character was absent for 2 months. She returned to the show being portrayed by a new actress, Dawn Zulueta. She stayed with the show until it ended airing.
- Ina Magenta has five daughters in the show's 1st season, 1st daughter was played by Alice Dixson, one of the main character, who married the "tagalupa" Enteng. The other four only appears in guestings, Dawn Zulueta who was the custodian of the "Puno ng Tree", Maricel Soriano, who was a frustrated Genie that made herself to be trapped in a jackstone ball and waited for someone to rub the ball and make her escape, so that she can grant three wishes to the lucky mortal. Prinsesa Valentine (played by Kris Aquino) who was lost during her childhood and been adopted by Tiya Pusit never knew that she is a fairy, until everybody discovered the truth, and lastly, Prinsesa Lavander (played by Manilyn Reynes), the youngest who was not good in using her magic.
- Oyo Boy Sotto, Vic Sotto's son in real life played the young Benok for Okay Ka Fairy Ko's first season on GMA-7 until he was replaced by CJ Ramos (from Ang TV).
